Shipping Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Andasol Corporation provides B2B warehouse and fulfillment support. This policy describes general handling of inbound receiving, storage, outbound fulfillment, transfer, and carrier handoff workflows.

Inbound Receiving

Inbound shipments must be scheduled and documented according to confirmed operating instructions. Required information may include shipper details, carton count, SKU details, labeling requirements, expected arrival date, and receiving references.

Receiving timelines depend on shipment condition, appointment availability, documentation quality, volume, and warehouse workload. Discrepancies, damaged cartons, missing labels, or incomplete instructions may require additional review.

Storage and Inventory Handling

Inventory is stored and managed according to agreed service scope, product characteristics, available warehouse capacity, and WMS records. Clients remain responsible for accurate product information and compliance with applicable requirements.

Value-added services such as relabeling, repacking, assembly, stock counts, and returns handling are performed according to confirmed instructions and may require separate fees or processing timelines.

Outbound Fulfillment and Carrier Handoff

Outbound fulfillment may include picking, packing, label application, carton preparation, staging, and handoff to parcel, LTL, truckload, or marketplace-related carriers as agreed.

Carrier transit times, delivery scans, delays, surcharges, loss, damage, and final delivery outcomes are subject to carrier rules and are not fully controlled by Andasol Corporation after carrier handoff.

FBA Transfer and Marketplace Shipments

FBA transfer support may include carton handling, relabeling, staging, appointment-related preparation, and shipment handoff based on the client's marketplace plan and confirmed warehouse instructions.

Clients are responsible for marketplace account settings, shipment plans, product eligibility, required labels, compliance documents, and platform-specific requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptions

Warehouse and shipping exceptions may include damaged inbound goods, missing instructions, label conflicts, SKU discrepancies, address issues, carrier delays, inventory shortages, or prohibited item concerns.
